Cappuccino Muffins (巧克力,蔓越莓,核桃粒)卡布其諾 咖啡馬芬 (食譜作法)
以下食譜可做1 打的馬芬
乾料

2 杯 中筋麵粉
3/4 杯 糖
2 1/2 茶匙 泡打粉
1 茶匙 肉桂粉
1/2 茶匙 鹽
溼料
••••••••••••••••••••••••••
1 杯 牛奶
2 大匙 速溶咖啡粉
1/2 杯 奶油或人造奶油,
1 個 蛋
1 茶匙 香草精
3/4 杯子 小顆粒的微玵巧克力片 或蔓越莓 或核桃粒代替

1.把乾料和濕料各用2個不同的碗裝起來。個別混勻好之後
2.把乾料和濕料混入一個碗裡 混勻即可分裝入馬芬紙模裡。
烤箱溫度在375 度
17-20 分鐘
Cappuccino Muffins Recipe

2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1.In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, stir milk and coffee granules until coffee is dissolved.
2. Add butter, egg and vanilla; mix well.
3.Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
4.Fold in chocolate chips.
5.Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
6.Bake at 375°F for 17-20 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
