海鮮土鍋飯 食譜 (食譜作法)


米...................................一杯
水...................................比一杯多一點的水
柴魚...............................2大匙
海帶 ..........................1大匙
鹽 .............................1小匙
醬瓜 ..............................兩塊
菜脯 ..........................1大匙
紅蘿蔔 .......................4片
蝦..............................兩隻
干貝...........................1-2大匙

海鮮鍋飯
把米, 水和鹽放入鍋裡裡攪拌一下.
在把所有的料放進土鍋裡, 排好.

蓋鍋.


用大火煮10分鐘.
改小火煮8分鐘.
關火悶15分鐘.

開動!!

另外也可以只加豆腐和味噌也會很好吃吧!!
加在裡面的水其實可以用柴魚高湯替代, 味道會更鮮味喔!!

Claire's Seafood Pasta



Makes 4 to 5 servings.

1-2 lbs. Mussells
20 Shrimps (or as much as you want)
1 or 2 Can crab meat
5 Cloves crushed garlic
1/2cup Rice Wine (or Wine Wine)
4 Tsp. Parsley (or lots, I love parsley yum yum)
1/4 cup Olive oil
435ml "Classico" Alfredo & Sun-dried Tomato
350g Angel Hair pasta

Step 1. Boil water and add the pasta into the pot for 3 minutes. Remove pasta from pot & rinse with cold water.
Step 2.Wash the mussels thoroughly, discarding any broken shell or dead mussels. Heat up the olive oil. Add crushed garlic. Place mussels in a large pot. Add wine and parsley. Steam for approximately 3 minutes or until shells open. Add the "Classico" Alfredo & Sun-dried Tomato Sauce until boil.
Step3: Mix pasta with sauce and cook for 3 Minutes
